It does what it's designed to, it's not some crazy life altering event using them, it's a niche technology that has alot of potential. There are a few rough edges like input lag from the ring, the ai not understanding, or occasionally thinking I speak a different language, the navigation software is great, and I think that it has potential for motorcyclist if the frames were slimmed down/hud made slightly less obtrusive.
The control surfaces are too sensitive making navigation difficult. I most needed them to travel in China to read signs and menus but have given up … sorry I spend so much money on something I will not use.

Glasses feel as though they don't fit my face. I received a damaged battery and had to pay out of pocket for a replacement and have not been reimbursed for your mistake. The ring only works if the app is open, defeating the purpose of a heads of display if I have to have my phone screen open to have the ring work. A.I. assistant cannot do tasks like add to my checklist. A.I can only answer questions but would be better if could be more like Claude. There is no dashboard with widgets, customization of how long notifications stay or customization in general of anything. There is no app store, so just stuck with only the 8 or so apps. I have the Even Realities g2 glasses as well and they are much better. Your audio and light leakage is noticeable. Like having a camera and audio, if my Even Realities g2 had audio I would never take them off. I just use your glasses at night as headphones to watch my phone and not disturb my wife as I lay in bed. I like your audio notifications but again your speaker quality needs improvement. Copy Even Realities g2 glasses customization and app store and do a better job fitting faces as my nose and ears hurt like wearing a tight shoe. My glasses sit on my face at a weird 70 degree acute angle instead of a right angle making people stare at my glasses. Make a firmware update to make more customization.

Great product
The glasses are great so far. I am getting familiar with them and look forward to having them become an extension of my everyday use like the tools I use theat have become second nature such as my laptop or my car which I know so well.
It works well. I am very satisfied.
I've been unable to connect the ring. It did come with a tan/brown flaw on an edge. I'm wondering if it is functional at all.

It was a pain and frustraiting to link the ring. And its a uncomfortable in my nose. Like to know if i can move the text lower.
I like that the glasses are thin and look great. The speakers are a nice thing to have. The display is bright and easy to navigate, I like that i can just call the AI to start any application without touching my phone or glasses. I love being able to switch the battery easily and go back to full charge instantly. but there are a few things I wish can be added: 1. Option to move or resize the display similar to how Even realities G2 display distance can be changed. Its distracting to have the text literally in front of your face covering things from view. 2. Please add a conversate feature like even realities g2 glasses. showing AI information during natural conversation. 3. Connecting my AI to my existing chat got or gemini account to somehow retain my memory.

I really thought I was going to have a great experience when buying these lenses but it's annoying to have to be connecting manually every time the lenses are turned off it's also annoying that you can't answer messages or pause or play the music the only thing I like is that it has an extra battery
