1. Where does INMO ship, what does shipping cost, and how long does it take?
INMO ships to selected destinations across Asia, North America, Europe, and Oceania. Shipping is free to most supported destinations, with no minimum purchase. A US$30 shipping fee applies to Argentina, Brazil, Iceland, Norway, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 10–15 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Prescription lenses require an additional 7 business days for customization.
Shipping availability and fees may vary by delivery address. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout after you enter your shipping address. View our Shipping Policy for further information.
2. What warranty comes with INMO GO3?
GO3 glasses have a two-year warranty in the EU and a one-year warranty outside the EU, covering defects in materials and workmanship. Selected accessories, including INMO Ring4, INMO Speaker, the charging case, and individual batteries, have a one-year warranty. Accidental damage and misuse are excluded.
This coverage applies to purchases made directly from inmo.com. For purchases from another seller, follow that seller’s warranty policy. To request service, contact support@inmo.com with your order number and a description of the issue before returning your product. See the warranty policy for full coverage and claim instructions.
3. Which payment methods does INMO accept?
INMO accepts PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit and debit cards, Klarna, Afterpay, and Affirm. Supported cards include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB. Available options depend on your location and order, so check the methods displayed at checkout or visit the payment information page.
4. Can I return my order within 30 days?
You can request a return within 30 days of receipt for eligible devices and accessories purchased directly from inmo.com. Contact support for approval and return instructions before sending anything back. Keep the original packaging and include all accessories and promotional gifts, with the returned items undamaged.
Shipping, handling, or restocking deductions may apply, so confirm the applicable charges with support first. Refunds are issued within 14 days of INMO receiving the returned item, although your bank may take longer to display the credit. Read the refund policy for full conditions, and note that custom prescription lenses are non-returnable.
5. How do I track my order?
Open 17TRACK, also available through “Order Tracking” in the INMO website footer. Enter your tracking number to view available shipment updates. If you cannot find your tracking number or need help with the delivery status, contact support@inmo.com with your order number.
6. Can I wear INMO GO3 with my prescription?
Yes. INMO offers custom GO3 prescription lenses for nearsightedness and astigmatism, which fit directly into the glasses. The standard online lens option provides single-vision distance correction and does not support farsighted prescriptions. If you need reading or progressive correction, contact support to confirm suitable options before ordering.
7. Do I need the INMO app, and what should I do if GO3 will not connect?
GO3 works with the INMO Global app, available for iOS and Android through the official download page. The app connects your glasses to your phone and supports features such as translation, meeting recording, and the teleprompter. If the glasses will not connect, keep them close to your phone, check that Bluetooth is enabled, and restart the app and both devices before trying to pair again. If the issue continues, email support@inmo.com with your order number, phone model, and a description of the problem.
8. How long does the battery last, and how do battery swaps work?
Battery life depends on the feature you are using. INMO lists the following runtimes for a single battery:
|
Use
|
Single-battery runtime
|
|
Translation
|
Up to 3 hours
|
|
Teleprompter
|
Up to 3.3 hours
|
|
Music and calls
|
Up to 4.5 hours
|
|
Standby
|
8+ hours
|
GO3 includes two batteries, and the portable charging case provides an additional three to four battery charges. Replacing the magnetic battery takes approximately five seconds, and the glasses need to be restarted afterward. The spare battery and charging case extend use throughout the day, while actual runtime varies with settings and usage.
9. How does translation work, and which languages are supported?
GO3 offers Real-Time Translation, Dialogue Translation, call translation, and Photo Translation. Translated speech appears as text on the lenses, while Photo Translation helps you read printed text such as menus and signs. For two-way conversations, translated replies can play aloud through your phone or the optional INMO Speaker.
Offline translation supports nine languages on Android and iOS, with the required language packs downloaded in advance. Android supports Chinese, English, Spanish, French, German, Russian, Japanese, Korean, and Thai; iOS adds Arabic, Hindi, Italian, and Portuguese. Keep GO3 paired with your phone when using offline translation, and check the INMO Global app for the online and offline language pairs available to your setup.
10. Can I cover the camera with a transparent dark sticker and still use Photo Translation?
A dark or tinted sticker may reduce image clarity and interfere with Photo Translation. For reliable results, keep the camera lens clear when capturing text. When you are not using camera-based features, use the supplied camera cover; spoken translation, live subtitles, and audio recording can still work with the camera covered.
11. Is INMO GO3 waterproof?
GO3 should not be treated as waterproof. The user manual advises keeping the glasses dry, so avoid swimming, showering, or immersing them in water. For lens cleaning, use the supplied glasses cloth rather than rinsing the glasses under a tap.
12. Can people tell when I am recording video?
GO3 includes a recording indicator light on the front of the frame. This provides a visible recording cue, although a small light may go unnoticed. Let others know before recording them and respect requests to stop.
