Can I place multiple deposits for different INMO Future units?
Yes. Each $30 deposit secures eligibility for the $799 VIP price for one INMO Future unit. To reserve multiple units or different SKUs, place one deposit for each unit using the same email address.
What does the deposit include?
Your deposit unlocks eligibility for the $799 VIP price, priority shipping, exclusive launch updates, and selected early-backer perks. It also helps us estimate demand and plan production more accurately.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes. The $30 deposit is fully refundable. To request a refund, contact us at hello@inmo.com with your reservation details.
How will the deposit and additional savings be refunded?
Choose your preferred INMO Future reward and complete the corresponding available pledge on Kickstarter using the same email address as your deposit. After the campaign ends and your pledge has been successfully charged, we will issue a refund that includes your $30 deposit plus the applicable VIP savings within 10 business days.
Can I choose a different INMO Future reward when the Kickstarter campaign launches?
Yes. You may select your preferred INMO Future reward when completing your Kickstarter pledge, subject to availability. The final refund amount and savings will be based on the eligible SKU you pledge for.
Will I be notified when the Kickstarter campaign launches?
Yes. You will receive email reminders before the campaign launches and again when it goes live, so you can select your preferred SKU and access the reserved VIP offer as early as possible.
What happens if I use a different email address on Kickstarter?
The email address used for your Kickstarter pledge must match the one used for your deposit so we can verify your eligibility and process your refund correctly. To update your email address, contact us with your deposit confirmation before the campaign ends.
Does the deposit guarantee the VIP price?
The deposit secures your eligibility to access the offer, but Kickstarter rewards may be limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend pledging as soon as the Kickstarter campaign launches.
