Where does INMO ship, what does shipping cost, and how long does it take?
INMO ships to selected destinations across Asia, North America, Europe, and Oceania. Shipping is free to most supported destinations, with no minimum purchase. A US$30 shipping fee applies to Argentina, Brazil, Iceland, Norway, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 6–10 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Prescription lenses require an additional 7 business days for customization.
Shipping availability and fees may vary by delivery address. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout after you enter your shipping address. View our Shipping Policy for further information.
Which payment methods does INMO accept?
INMO accepts PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit and debit cards, Klarna, Afterpay, and Affirm. Supported cards include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB. Can I use GO3 if I wear glasses?
Yes. GO3 works with official custom prescription lenses — myopia up to 750 degrees and astigmatism up to 450 degrees — designed to fit seamlessly with the waveguide lenses for a slim, everyday look that helps prevent dust buildup and fogging. Note: hyperopia (farsightedness) and presbyopia are not supported.
How does GO3 connect to my phone?
GO3 pairs with the INMO app, available for iOS and Android. Translation, AI assistant and teleprompter work through the app.
How long does the battery last?
All-Day Power. Single battery: about 3 hours of translation or high-brightness use, and 3.3 hours of teleprompting: up to 24 hours of total use with 2 swappable batteries (magnetic swap in about 5 seconds) and a charging case with 3–4 extra charges.
Which languages does translation support?
Real-time translation in 127 online languages. Dialogue translation: 78 languages on Android, 82 on iOS. Offline translation: 9 languages on both Android and iOS. Photo translation (menus, signs, labels) works on Android and iOS and requires an internet connection.

The glasses are fantastic I love them and the option to put my prescription in them is definitely a game changer for them
The glasses works good. Only issue I have is that I wish the glasses could automatically translate text so that whatever u see could be automatically translate into the language of your choosing without having to fiddle with your phone or take a picture first

I really like the teleprompter and also I really like the navigation system the translation I haven't used yet I should have brought it with me when I left but I was just playing with it and I didn't want to get it lost right away but I will be bringing me with me the next time I just have to get more used to it and more to play with linking it to my phone was easy and I enjoy it a lot I still have more time to play with it for now it is wonderful and I love it thank you

Están muy bien, solo creo que aun le faltan mejoras a las gafas que podrían funcionar muy bien, como el poder agendar citas hablando con INMO, contestar whatsapp sin necesidad de sacar el teléfono, mejorar el audio entre otras cosas

So far it's awesome, easy to use and very useful gadget.
I had initial issues regarding registration. The captcha didn't work. I finally got it figured out. I do like the glasses. Much to learn and appreciate.
I bought these for my trip to Tokyo. I think these glasses work fairly well, but there are some issues. I wish during dialogue translation it didnt pick up other languages besides Japanese. For ex: the system says it will translate the Japanese it hears and put out English. However it will still pick up nearby English and create confusing mix of nearby english and the Japanese its picking up. Id have to hush my wife just to get an un-tainted translation visual plus it hears accents and attempts to translate causing weird stuff to pop up (I asked where a restroom was and it told the gentleman pthat i was looking for a resting pervert).Also the ring never stays connected kind of felt like a waste. The navigation worked great when I was in America, but got me lost more than I can count while here in japan. Overall I think they work fairly well, but monitor what it's saying to others to avoid confusion and have a back up navigation option.

Great AI glasses I’m just starting using them and are enjoying them navigations is great but hopefully you’ll have updated for driving in the future but apart from that they are great

These glasses definitely have potential. I love the swappable batteries. I've found that they're a little sluggish. The AI takes time to answer and especially to answer based off a taken photo. The translation features are also a little sluggish. Hopefully, with a software update or 2, everything will work out.
